For Entrée, Sinta Werner has conceived the wall painting 'Raumsignatur,' where an image of the exhibition space is transferred back into the exhibition space. By that it is echoing its surroundings like a 'Mise en abyme' in which the image endlessly repeats itself. The room is at the same time painting support and subject, original and representation. It has been split into semantic layers of what it is and what it stands for, putting Saussure´s theory of the sign into practice.
